Kim walked away from her desk top in 2001 with the goal of pursuing a career in health and fitness. Since then she has developed the Kim Beach Fit Program – a unique challenge for busy women in all walks of life to approach health in a sustainable & balanced way through her exercise and healthy eating programs.
Kim’s inspiring and down-to-earth approach has brought her a vast network of over 650,000 + authentic Facebook followers, 99% women. So far over 30,000 women have changed their lives for the better through her 8 week programs. Kim’s promise is that the long-term answer for a fitter and healthier lifestyle is based around eating well, training hard, staying consistent and, most of all, enjoying the journey.
Earlier this year she released her first book ‘Beach Fit’ through Harper Collings Australia, which has sold over 10,000 copies so far in Australia and is to be released in the UK in late 2017. The Kim Beach Fit team hit the road to promote the book with a national tour of workshops that sold out in each city.
As a busy woman running a business, Kim understands how difficult it can be to squeeze health and fitness into an over-stuffed schedule. She provides solutions that work, with a down-to-earth, approachable and inspiring challenge to women from all walks of life to approach health in a balanced way through her exercise and healthy eating programs. Kim believes it’s 80% what you eat and 20% training so training yourself to prepare healthy food is paramount to health and fitness success.
