Owner and Head Chef of Hartsyard and The Gretz,in Sydney. His cooking is intense, creative, robust and colourful. Much like him!

He now calls Sydney home and is a respected and loved member of the wider hospitality community, with a hatted restaurant, an award winning bar, a cookbook, a consulting business and a Youtube channel, born as a result of a facebook video on ‘how to make the ultimate cheese toastie’, that went viral with nearly 40 000 views in the first 24 hours of uploading.

He loves everything about food, his wife and 3 kids, baseball hats, eating after 1am and plastic cheese in mashed potatoes.

Join us in welcoming the lovely Helena and Vikki to our roster

Sassy identical twins Helena and Vikki Moursellas brightened up our TV screens in 2014 on ‘My Kitchen Rules’ The dynamic duo went on to be one of the series finalists and the most loved contestants on the season.  They stood out from the pack with their modern twist on classic Greek food.

Since the MKR, they have both continued with their passion and pursued successful careers in the food industry and have released their successful cookbook Taking you Home with Hachette Australia.  Helena is currently working as Chef di partie at 4 Fourteen and Vikki as the prep chef and stylist for national brands and cookbooks.

Their passion and energy is contagious.  They immediately brighten a room with their presence, they are creative, engaging and love a good laugh. As individuals they are both remarkable, as a duo they are extraordinary.
