Kim walked away from her desk top in 2001 with the goal of pursuing a career in health and fitness.
Since then she has developed the Kim Beach Fit Program a unique challenge for women in all walks of life to approach health in a sustainable & balanced way through her exercise and healthy eating programs. Kim’s inspiring and down-to-earth approach has brought her a vast network of over 620,000 followers and so far over 30,000+ women have changed their lives for the better through her 8 week programs.
